Allow me to explain our quality blade service to you.

Blades are disassembled and blade sets are kept together to assure the blades you get back are yours.

Blades are then cleaned of all debris, hair, rust, etc.

The spring tension is checked and adjusted.

Blade sockets are checked closely to ensure maximum cutting efficiency, as well as, a full top blade stroke, from first tooth to last.

All blades are hollow ground to factory specs.

Blades are washed of all residual grinding compound, dirt and debris, then dried, reassembled, and aligned to exacting specifications.

All blades are then tested to ensure maximum cutting stroke and a quick non-binding cut.

Finally, blades are packed in a weatherproof plastic bag, heat sealed and carefully packed for return shipment.
